For more than 30 years, RFP Properties has specialized in locating and modifying homes for people with special needs. Our three-decade success is due to the fact that our compassionate staff understands more than real estate – we understand the meaning of family and we understand the living requirements of those with special needs.

In fact, long before RFP founders Robert Shaver and Kathy Graham began leasing group homes, they excelled in the healthcare provider industry. So it doesn’t matter if you’re a provider, government agency, or downsizing institution, you can be confident that with their unique vantage point, RFP Properties will find a home – or group of homes – that’s specifically tailored to meet your long-term needs.
